Blast Core

30 minute class focused on functional core exercises including abdominals and lower back for improve posture and core strength.

30 minute High-Intensity circuit style class that combines calisthenics and strength training for a total body workout.

This class is designed to improve leg strength, core stability and balance for a stronger and more confident ski season. This interval training class incorporates both calisthenics and agility exercises.

30 minute class focused on functional core exercises including abdominals and lower back for improve posture and core strength.

This class incorporates both high and low intensity intervals. Typically short bursts of high intensity cardio followed by a lower impact strength and/or rest. One popular style of interval training, called Tabatas, alternates 20 seconds of hard work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated 8x for a 4 min round.

Being strong isn’t about how big you are, it’s about how well your body can perform the functions you need it to, whether you’re climbing a 5.13a, bouldering a V6 or hiking through backcountry powder. This full body workout is designed to strengthen both your upper and lower body and can be adapted to focus on the functional strength movements that matter most to you.

A 15 min version of BLAST CORE that focuses primarily on toning and defining the abs and strengthening the back.

The Rope Up!

Need strength for climbing? Take this class that is focused to strengthen muscles specific to climbing via general pulling on a finger board, campus board, or systems wall. Focus is on posture, trajectory, and visual attention to move your skill set forward.

This injury prevention class will help you strengthen antagonistic musculature and increase pain free range of motion specific to climbers who are pushing their limits. Good for all abilities.

Build strength in your lower body and increase your cardiovascular efficiency, all while listening to great music with motivating group cycling instructors! Burn calories by pedaling in groups, riding over hills, chasing the pack, climbing mountains, and cycling your way to a fitter self!

Ever wonder what cyclists are doing on bikes that go nowhere? This beginner level, seasonal class features all you need to know to take a Group Cycling class from fitting the bike, to measuring exertion levels to basic techniques.

This weekly, seasonal class builds on our Group Cycling classes in a fun, engaging, and dynamic way. These longer classes are enhanced by providing an inspirational movie during your ride.

Intro to Cycle/Fitness

30 minute beginner level class that alternates each week, focusing on basic Cycling and Fitness & Strength Training. Cycling classes will provide you with everything you need to know to take a cycling class, including bike fitting, console use and exertion level measurement. Fitness & Strength Training classes will introduce you to all the weight lifting equipment in the facility, including the use of kettlebells, medicine balls and bosu balls, and will fully prepare you for any of Movement’s signature “Blast” classes.
