INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Cost: $45 – $75 per hour, with packages available

ALPINE FIT

Winter sports focused private or group training offered by Bobby Moelter ~ returns to provide you all the training you need to get ready for the ski season.

PRIVATE ALPINE FIT

$45 per member, $55 per non-member (includes reduced day pass)

GROUP ALPINE FIT

$30 per member, $40 per non-member (includes reduced day pass) for groups of 2 or more
What: an hour long private session that is focused on improving fitness to prepare and perform during the alpine season

All group-programming options are professionally facilitated by our world-class staff and never exceed the personalized ratio of 4 participants to 1 facilitator.

A fun and social introductory climbing experience

High Five Plus

Includes climbing and your choice of: cycling, yoga, pilates, or group exercise

TUNE-IN

A tune-in is a pre-experience questionnaire and brief phone or in-person interview designed to help us get to know you and your goals for group or team development. This includes a reinforcement debrief at the end of the experience.

Commitment: 0.5 – 1 hour each

TUNE-UP

A tune-up is a post-experience follow-up approximately one month after your time at Movement that is designed to test participants on how much of the training stuck and re-focus them on continuing to strengthen your group’s culture by utilizing the training they received day-to-day.

Commitment: 0.5 – 1 hour each
